Meet the Owners

Hi! I’m Chantal Roulston, your wedding and event specialist and in-house cake artist. Having always loved weddings and parties, I entered the world of events about 20 yrs ago. I started off helping others plan their events, from catering to planning to styling. Over time my love for creating beautiful things extended into creating amazing cakes for my couples. Naturally this love of all things wedding and party related has led us here! During Covid we had lots of free time to dream and imagine. These dream sessions resulted in the creation of Chateau Mille Fleurs. A wedding and event space that is fun, relaxed, a little bougie, but most of all, a little different from everyone else. All this was made possible by my other half, my partner in crime...my husband. Let me introduce you to Jeff.  

Jeff  and I have been married for over 20 yrs and we share 7 amazing children. When I say this man works hard, I mean he works hard. Everything you see, he has built. From our home and shop to our amazing little venue, he has had a hand in every step of it. Without him, it wouldn’t exist. He has hauled the stones, moved the gravel, erected the tent and planted the gardens. He hauls decor and runs the errands and even plays bartender when needed. If you need it done he’s the man to ask! You will find us both diligently running around in the background to make sure your event is perfect.
